Cancellation policy

The applicable rule will be shown explicitly before each payment.

01

Cancellation by the guest

Cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may not be refundable. The exact policy applicable to each booking is shown before payment and recorded with the booking accepted by the guest.

02

Cancellation by the operator and sea conditions

If sea or safety conditions prevent departure, the operator will contact the guest as early as possible. Available options may include rescheduling to an alternative date, a credit for future use, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

03

Late arrival and no-show

The meeting point and time are confirmed in the booking. Delays beyond the communicated grace period may be treated as a no-show. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the amount paid may not be refundable.

04

Rescheduling and credit

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with sufficient notice. Credits issued by the operator have a validity period stated in the accompanying communication. The final decision on rescheduling and credit rests with the operator.

05

Special dates and events

High-demand dates such as the Atlantic Festival or New Year's Eve may carry specific cancellation conditions due to fixed schedules and maritime constraints. Those conditions are shown before payment and take precedence over the general rule.

06

Skipper's final decision

The skipper has final authority over departure. If conditions deteriorate after the experience has begun, the skipper may interrupt the tour for safety reasons. In that case, the operator will communicate the applicable options proportionally to the time of experience completed.
