Information and prices
Published prices cover the complete private charter for 1 to 8 guests. The server validates price, participant count, availability and conditions again before creating payment.
Confirmation
A request is not a confirmation. A booking becomes confirmed only after availability validation and payment-status confirmation.
Operational decisions
Route, departure and continuation depend on safety, weather, sea state, maritime restrictions and the operator's responsible decision.
Conduct
Participants must follow safety instructions and applicable rules. False information or behaviour that puts people, the vessel or the environment at risk may prevent the experience from going ahead.
