Data collected
Name, email, phone, participant count, experience, preferred date and special requests are collected only when needed to respond to or fulfill a booking.
Purposes
Data is used to check availability, communicate with you, process payment, comply with legal duties, and provide support related to the experience.
Payments
Card data is processed by Stripe. Madeira Charter does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only for the period needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Formal contacts for exercising rights will be added once validated by the owner.
